Couples Yoga is a fun, relaxed introduction to yoga and meditation that will help deepen the connection between you and your partner.
Each session includes:
-Warm-ups and pranayam (breathing exercises) 10 mins
-Kriyas (partner yoga) 14 mins
-Deep relaxation 7 mins
-Partner meditation 7 mins
-Yogic foot massages 18 mins
$85 for a one-hour session.

"This sounds a little weird ... will I be uncomfortable?"
Your comfort is my first priority, and this will be a fun and fulfilling experience if you give it a chance. It only sounds weird because it's new to you. As long as you don't take yourself too seriously, you will be comfortable.
"What if I've never done yoga before? Will this be physically demanding?"
In short, no. The yogic exercises are accessible to all body types and levels of fitness.
"I've taken yoga classes at my local gym ... will it be like that?"
No. This is not a workout. I'm not interested in making you sweat or toning your arms. I'm interested in making you self-aware, self-reverent, and sensitive to your partner.
